I have a great passion for traveling and I would love to inspire others who share the same interest. Below, I have listed some of the places and ideas that have inspired my family's travel plans. I hope they can also inspire you for your own adventures!

1066 Battle Abbey - Medieval ruins and battlefield site with an interactive exhibition, a film about 1066 and a cafe.

Smugglers Adventure - Series of underground tunnels tracing the steps of smugglers, with sound effects and costumed staff.

 Dover Castle - Military museum, medieval underground works, labyrinthine war-time tunnels, with views and tours.

Canterbury Cathedral - Norman-built, CofE place of worship with organ recitals, Medieval stained glass and a vast library.

St Augustine's Abbey - Remains of a Saxon church established in 597 AD, with a museum, shop, picnic area & audio tour app.

Apollo Victoria Theatre - Long-running, big-name musicals showing in marine-themed, art deco former cinema.

Temple Church - Church of England church built by the Knights Templar & made famous by the author Dan Brown.

The Tower of London - Centuries of bloody history around a medieval castle, home to Crown Jewels and iconic Beefeaters.

Jack the Ripper Museum - Grisly museum on 6 floors in a Victorian house recounting stories of the 1888 East End murderer.

Jewel Tower - Tower of the original 14th-century Palace of Westminster, with ribbed-vault ceiling and exhibition.

Westminster Abbey - Protestant abbey hosting daily services and every English and British coronation since 1066.
